We are located at Anarkali Som Bazar 23, which is a pretty busy spot, especially on market days. The shop is usually filled with old monitors, tangled cables, and laptops that people have brought in because they won't turn on. I've been fixing computers here for a long time now. It’s a lot of sitting at a small workbench with a screwdriver and a magnifying glass, trying to figure out why a motherboard gave up. Sometimes it’s just a simple software thing, but other times it takes a few days to get the right parts delivered. The noise from the Som Bazar outside can get pretty loud, but I’ve grown used to it over the years. I don’t really have a fancy front desk; it’s more of a counter where I take in the machines and write down what’s wrong on a slip of paper. People come in worried about their photos or work files, and I just tell them I’ll see what I can do. It’s just me and sometimes a helper who handles the basic stuff. We don't have a website or any of that. Most people just walk in because they live nearby or their friend told them I could fix their keyboard. It’s a small space, but it fits everything we need. Most days are just spent staring at screens and hoping the next repair goes smoothly.
