Our place is at 47-A, Radhey Puri Extension, Part-1. It’s a bit of a quiet neighborhood, which is nice for a change. We deal with telecom stuff, like setting up office phones and fixing network issues for local businesses. The office itself is quite small and a bit crowded with all the gear we have to keep on hand. We’ve got shelves full of old handsets and boxes of networking cables. It’s not a high-tech looking place, just a few rooms where we do our work. We’re a small team and we’ve known each other for years, so it’s a very relaxed atmosphere. Sometimes we bring in lunch and eat together at the main desk. We don’t have a big sign outside or a fancy website. Most of our customers are from around this part of town and they just give us a call when something stops working. The street outside can be a bit narrow, so we have to be careful when we’re loading up the van for a site visit. We’ve seen the technology change from basic wires to all this digital stuff, and we’ve just learned it as we went along. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes, but we always manage to figure it out. We’re just regular people trying to keep the phones ringing for everyone in the area. It’s not always easy, especially when the old cables start acting up, but we take pride in knowing we can fix things.
