We are based in Trilokpuri, specifically over at Mayur Kunj 273 8A. The shop is filled with all sorts of medical supplies that people might need, from basic bandages to more specialized surgical tools. It can look a bit cluttered because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand. You never know when a clinic nearby might run out of something important. We deal with a lot of local healthcare workers and also families who need things for home care. It’s a serious kind of business, but we keep the atmosphere pretty relaxed. The shelves are mostly metal and stacked high with white boxes. Sometimes finding a specific item takes a minute, but we know where everything is eventually. Trilokpuri is a dense area, so there’s always people walking past the door. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. It’s a functional space. We spend a lot of time checking expiration dates and making sure the supplies stay clean and dry. It's not the most exciting work to some, but it's what we know how to do. The door is usually open to let some air in during the hotter months. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while, and most people around here know where to find us if they need something for a patient at home. We just try to help out when someone comes in looking for advice on which thermometer to get for their kids.
