Down at Vikas Marg in the Tirupati Complex, you can find us at unit 104 in Shakapur. It’s a bit of a crowded building, to be honest. There are always people moving boxes or running up the stairs. Our space is filled with old computer towers, boxes of ethernet cables, and a few monitors that have seen better days. It looks a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend a lot of time crimping wires or trying to figure out why a router isn't behaving. It’s dusty work sometimes. The complex can get quite hot in the summer because the ventilation isn't the best, so we usually have a couple of table fans blowing all day. We aren't trying to be some big tech giant. We just help people with their networking and system issues. Most of our work comes from the other shops in the complex or small businesses nearby on Vikas Marg. They know they can just walk in and ask a question. We usually have a pot of coffee going, though it’s usually burnt by mid-afternoon. It’s a busy life, and the traffic outside on the main road never seems to stop. But we like being in the thick of it. It’s better than sitting in some quiet office where nothing ever happens. We just keep plugging away at the hardware every day and hope the internet stays up for everyone.
