We are based in Mayur Vihar Phase - 1, specifically at 357-H, Pocket - 2. Being in Delhi - 110091 puts us right in the middle of a lot of residential stuff, which is nice. It’s a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, but we still stay very busy. As a recruitment firm, our phones are basically ringing from the moment we walk in until we leave. We spend most of our time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for a change in their careers. The office is cozy, maybe a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. There are stacks of files everywhere because we haven't quite gone fully digital yet. It feels more like a home office in some ways because of the location. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything. You just have to find the right pocket in Mayur Vihar. Most of our day is spent trying to match the right person with the right job, which is harder than it sounds. It takes a lot of patience and a lot of follow-up calls. We drink a lot of tea to keep going. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us trying to make things work for our clients.
