Akanksha Kunj is a residential-leaning area, which makes our office feel a bit more relaxed than if we were right inside the main plant. We have a modest setup where we manage our day-to-day work. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some old wooden desks, lots of ledgers, and a few computers. Most of our time is spent talking to people in the industry and making sure the scrap is being handled properly. Risali is a nice enough place, with some trees and a bit of a neighborhood feel. We are just regular people trying to do a decent job. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done every morning when we open up. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook, and other times it’s quiet enough to have a long tea break. We’ve been here in Bhilai for quite a while and have seen the city change a lot. But the scrap business stays pretty much the same. It’s about being reliable and getting the work done. We are just a local office trying to keep things moving. We'll probably be here doing the same thing tomorrow.
