Our office is at 56, Akash Ganga Complex in Supela. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty busy around here. Adarsh Ispat Udyog Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for quite a while. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at stacks of papers because dealing with iron and steel involves a lot of back and forth. It’s not a quiet place. You can hear the traffic from the main road and the noise from the other shops in the complex. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to get the orders filled and keep the accounts straight. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. That’s just part of life here. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but nobody really cares as long as the work gets done. Most of the guys here have grown up in this town, so we know most of the regulars who stop by. We don't have fancy brochures. If someone wants to know what we do, they usually just walk in and ask. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We handle the heavy stuff, the steel and the industrial supplies, and it’s a lot of physical work and logistics every single day without fail.
