Hasha Regi Sona Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Khirdhana village. Mistri Tudu is the main person here. We are in the Nawadih area of Dumka. It’s a rural place, very quiet and green. Most of us here are farmers and have been for generations. We didn't start this to become famous or anything. We just needed a better way to manage our farming stuff together. We meet up at the village and talk about what we need for the next season. Dumka has its own way of doing things, and we fit right into that. We don't use big words or have complicated rules. We just work together to sell what we grow. The office is just a simple room in the village. You won't find any suits or ties here. We are usually in our work clothes, coming in from the fields. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. Sometimes the roads to Khirdhana are a bit rough, but we are used to it. We know everyone in Nawadih. It's a small community. We just focus on the farming and the cattle. There isn't much more to say about us. We are just local people doing what we know best in our own corner of Jharkhand. We stay busy with the seeds and the soil and that is plenty for us.
