Grambandhu Farmers Producer Company Limited is located in the Saraiyahat block of Dumka. We are specifically in Village Bhelwadangal, near the Chandubathan post office. Our office is at Harishchandra Singh’s place. It’s a standard village home where we’ve set aside some space for company business and meetings. Being a farmer producer company means we spend a lot of time dealing with the actual people who grow the food. There is always someone coming by with a question about fertilizers or seeking advice on their yield for the year. We aren't experts in suits; we are just guys who have been farming for years and know the ground. Our village is a bit tucked away from the main road, so we don't get many strangers passing through. We handle everything from seed distribution to talking about how to store our grains properly. It gets pretty hot here in the summer, so we usually start our work very early in the morning before the sun gets too high for us. We have a few old tables and some wooden benches for our meetings. Sometimes we disagree on things, and it can get a bit loud during the discussions, but that’s just how we are as a group. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just rely on word of mouth and the relationships we have built over time. It is a slow way of doing business, but it feels more honest to us.
