Palacio De Diu Restaurant & Bar

We are located in the Parsiwada area of Diu, inside the Hotel Palacio De Diu. It is very close to the Diu Municipal Corporation building, so it’s easy to find if you are in that part of town. We run both a restaurant and a bar here. It stays pretty lively, especially on the weekends when people are looking to relax. Diu has a specific vibe, and we try to just fit into that. We serve all kinds of drinks and a mix of food. The staff is a small group of people who have been working together for a bit. We spend a lot of time cleaning glasses and setting up the tables for the evening. It’s not a fancy place where you have to dress up, it’s more for just hanging out. Sometimes we have music playing, but mostly it's just the sound of people talking and the kitchen in the background. We don't have any big mission statements. We just open the doors and see who comes in. It’s a lot of work to keep the inventory stocked and the kitchen running, but we get it done. The building itself is sturdy and has been part of the neighborhood for a while. We see a lot of tourists and some locals who just want a cold drink. It's just a regular spot in Parsiwada. We do our thing every day.
