Krishna Bar Restaurant

Krishna Bar Restaurant is part of the Krishna Park Resort out here in Diu. We are situated right on Nagva Beach Road, which is a place that sees a lot of different people. Being at 362520, we’re close to the Swam Jayanti Lake Garden, so you can imagine the kind of foot traffic that comes by, especially when the weather is nice. It’s a bit of a walk from the main town, but that’s what people like about this side of the island. We aren't trying to be some high-end lounge. It’s just a bar and a place to eat where you can sit down and take a break from the sun. The Nagva Beach Road can get quite dusty when the wind picks up, so we’re always wiping down tables and keeping things tidy. It’s a pretty laid-back atmosphere, mostly because we are near the beach. We don't have a big corporate team running things; it’s just us and the resort staff. We see a lot of tourists who are lost or just looking for a cold drink after walking through the Lake Garden. The days start early when we get the supplies in and they end late after the last customers head back to their rooms. It’s a lot of work, but being out here in Diu near the water makes it feel a bit different than working in a big city.
