Shabdrsh Farmer Producer Company Limited is located in a village called Shewade. This is in the Shindkheda area of the Dhule district. Our office is right there at the post office in Shewade which is a central point for the village. It is a very rural part of the state and life moves quite slowly here. We don't have a big glass front or any modern office equipment. It is just a simple room with a solid floor and a few chairs. In Dhule the summers are extremely hot so we try to get most of our work done early in the morning. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing slogans. We are just a group of local people who wanted to have a company of our own. Most of our time is spent talking to the neighbors about their crops and how to get them to the market. The village is very quiet most of the time except when the tractors pass by on the main road. We keep our documents in old folders and we try to stay organized but sometimes things get a bit messy. It is a real place with real people working there. We don't try to sound like a big corporate business because we are not. We are just farmers in Shewade trying to make a living and help our community grow a bit. People know where to find us if they need any help.
