Rominex Farming Private Limited

Rominex Farming Private Limited is located out in Gram-Khajurinavagaon. We’re in Ward Number 09, near Kathaknoni in the Sakri area. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here from the main city, but it’s worth it for the peace and quiet we get. The office is pretty basic, just a place for us to gather and handle the business side of the farming. We’ve been here for a while now, and the locals have gotten used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. The roads around Sakri can be a bit tricky after a storm, but once you know the turns, it’s not so bad to navigate. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with suits and ties. Usually, it’s just jeans and shirts because we’re often out looking at the land or talking to the laborers anyway. Inside the office, there’s always a stack of papers that needs sorting and maybe some old calendars on the wall. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just talking to people who drop by to see how things are going. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. There isn't any big hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where it's needed most that day. Sometimes the rain keeps us inside longer than we’d like. We aren't trying to change the world overnight, just trying to make a living and keep the business moving.
