Sankalpana Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Vinchur. We are located at house number 202, which is where we do all our organizing and paperwork. It’s a small town vibe here, and since we are a women’s group, we focus on helping the local ladies who are involved in agriculture. Vinchur is known for its farming, so there is always plenty to do. We don't have a big corporate office or a bunch of managers. It is just us women sitting down and figuring out how to manage the seeds, the harvests, and the sales. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day with everything else we have to do at home, but we make sure the company stays on track.
