Psb&Son Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our company, Psb&Son Farmers, is located in Kalgaon, which is in the Sakri Taluka of Dhule district. We run things out of Shri Parashram Sitaram Brahmane’s place. The name Psb and Son comes from the family, and that’s really the vibe of the whole operation—it’s like a big family. Most of the farmers in Kalgaon are small-scale, so we decided to team up to make things easier. We don’t have a fancy storefront or anything. It’s just a place where we meet to talk about the weather, the crops, and how we’re going to get everything to the market in Dhule. We mostly grow things like bajra and maize, depending on what the rain looks like that year. It’s hard work and the sun is pretty brutal out here in the summer. We spend a lot of time helping each other with the planting and the harvesting. The company is just a way to make the business side of it official so we can get better access to things we need. We aren’t experts in marketing or anything like that; we just know how to work the soil. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we help each other out with it. If you’re in Kalgaon, you’ll probably see us around the fields or at Parashram’s place. We’re just local folks trying to keep our farming traditions going while making sure we can actually pay the bills. It's a simple life.
