Maindane Parisar Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out here in Maindane, which is in the Dhule district. If you are looking for us, we are located at Gajanan Kashinath Jadhav’s place. It is pretty easy to find once you get into the village. We handle a lot of the farming business for the guys around here. Farming in Dhule has its own set of challenges, especially with the water being a problem sometimes, but we manage to get by. We aren't a big corporation or anything polished like that, just a group of local farmers who decided to pool our resources together. Most of our days are spent out in the fields, but we meet up at the office to figure out the logistics of selling what we grow. It is better than everyone trying to do it on their own and getting frustrated. We talk about the crops, the market rates, and what we need to buy for the next season. The building is simple, nothing special to look at, but it serves our purpose well enough. People stop by to chat or drop off paperwork throughout the day. It gets pretty loud when everyone is here at once, but that's just how things go. We try to keep things running smooth so the farmers can focus on their actual work in the soil. It is hard work and the hours are long, especially during harvest time, but we like being our own bosses.
