Our company is called Amu Aakha Ek Se Farmers Producer Company Limited. We are located at Chondawade Bk. in Dhadgaon. If you are looking for our office, we are at Nana Ismal Pawara’s place. Dhadgaon is a bit far out, but it is a beautiful area where everyone knows each other. We are a farmers' group, mostly just people from the village coming together to manage our crops better. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just work with what we have from the land. Life here is slow and depends a lot on the seasons. Most of us have been farming our whole lives, so starting this company felt like a natural next step for the community. We meet up at the house to talk about seeds, harvests, and where to sell our goods. It is not always perfectly organized, but we make it work. We speak the local language and understand the struggles of the farmers in Chondawade. We wanted to have a name that means something to us. Being in Dhadgaon means we are a bit isolated from the big cities, but we like it that way. We just want to make sure our families and neighbors can get a fair deal for their hard work. It is a humble setup, but it belongs to us and we are proud of that. We take things one day at a time here and hope for good rains every year.
