We are based in Chapar Town. Dhirbeel Farmer Producer Company Limited is our name, and you can find us near the Chapar Circle Office. Soyed Irsadul Alom’s place is where we keep our things. It’s a handy location for everyone to meet up. Chapar is a busy town, and we’re right in the middle of it. We are a group of farmers from the surrounding countryside. We don't have a lot of high-tech equipment in our office, just some basic stuff to keep things moving. We focus on the practical side of things. How to get the produce to the town, how to get a decent price, and how to stay ahead of the weather. It's a lot of talking and a lot of planning, mostly over tea. We’re not polished or corporate. We're just people who work the ground. Most of us have been farming since we were kids. We’ve seen the seasons change and the town grow over the years. Having this company helps us stay together as a group. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes, especially when the market is down, but we stick together. If you’re ever in Chapar, you might see us around the circle office area. We’re usually there during the week, making sure the paperwork is sorted and the farmers are getting their dues. It’s a plain, honest life. We just do our best with what we have and keep moving forward.
