We are not a big corporation with branches in different cities. We are just here in Haligera, working out of a simple building that serves as our headquarters. We do not have any polished brochures or a fancy website. Our work is done on the ground, literally. We look at the soil, we look at the seeds, and we try to figure out the best way to get things to the market. Some days the office is empty because we are all out in the fields, and other days it is packed with people sitting on stools and talking about the weather. It is a bit disorganized at times, but we always manage to get the job done eventually.
