We are based out of Byahatti, specifically on Basavana Devar Gudi Oni at house number 365. It's in the Hubli area of Dharwad. As Shri Annadaani Farmers Producer Company Limited, we work with the local growers around here. Mostly, people just know us from the neighborhood. We started this because there's a lot of farming happening in this part of Dharwad and it made sense to have a collective. You'll find us right there on the street near the temple area. It's a simple place but we keep busy throughout the seasons. The office is usually open if you're walking by and want to chat. We handle a lot of the day-to-day things that come with being a farmer producer group. It’s not always easy keeping things organized with so many people involved, but we manage somehow. Most of the folks here have been in agriculture their whole lives, just like their fathers were. We just wanted a way to get everyone on the same page. Byahatti is a quiet spot, but there’s always plenty of work to do. Sometimes the rain helps us, sometimes it doesn't, that's just how it goes. If you are looking for our spot, just ask for the Gudi Oni. We've been at this address for a while now. It’s a basic setup, nothing fancy, just a room where we can sit and talk about the crops and the season ahead. That's pretty much who we are.
