Kodo Nursery Solutions Private Limited is based right inside the University of Agri Science in Dharwad. It's a pretty nice spot to work, honestly, being surrounded by all the research and the green space. We spend our days mostly looking after plants and thinking about nursery setups. Our main building is right there on the campus. It’s not like a regular office job where you sit in front of a screen all day. We’ve got dirt under our fingernails most of the time. Working within the university grounds means we see a lot of students and researchers passing through, which keeps things interesting. We aren't into big sales pitches or anything like that. We just care about the plants and making sure they grow right. Dharwad has a good climate for this kind of thing, which helps a lot. Sometimes we get caught up in the details of a specific seedling, and the afternoon just disappears. It’s a quiet kind of work, but it’s satisfying to see things actually growing. We’re just a small team, and we do most of the heavy lifting ourselves. If you ever come by the university, you’ll probably see us out there. We don't have any flashy signs, just a lot of pots and a bit of a mess sometimes. It’s just how a nursery should be, really.
