S V N English Medium School is located at 3rd Cross in Bharatinagar, Dharwad. Dharwad is known for its schools, and we are just one of the many small ones tucked away in the residential streets. Being in Bharatinagar means we are surrounded by houses, so it’s a relatively quiet place for the kids to study compared to being on a main highway. The school building is simple and has been modified over the years to fit more students. We have the usual setup—classrooms, a small office, and a bit of space for the kids to gather during their breaks. Most of our students live within a few kilometers, so they either walk or come by bicycle. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just focus on the teaching part. The staff here are locals who have been with us for a long time. We know the families and we know the kids. It’s a lot of everyday effort, like making sure the chalk is stocked and the registers are updated. Sometimes the rain in Dharwad can be quite heavy, which makes the morning commute a bit of a mess, but we manage to keep things going. We aren't a corporate chain; we are just a local school trying to provide a place for kids to get their English medium education. It’s practical, sometimes a bit loud, and always busy. We just take things one day at a time and focus on the lessons.
