You’ll find Pavan English Medium High School over on University Road, specifically in the Barakotri area near Subhash Road. Dharwad is a place known for education, and we’re just one part of that long tradition. Our school sits on a busy stretch where there’s always something happening outside. You can hear the buses and the motorbikes going toward the university all day. Inside our walls, it’s a different story. We try to keep things orderly, though with a building full of kids, there’s always a bit of chaos. The classrooms are simple, with rows of benches and blackboards. We have a small playground area where the noise really picks up during recess. The staff room is usually a mess of textbooks and half-corrected assignments. We drink our coffee in there and talk about the day's schedule. The building itself is a standard concrete structure, nothing too fancy. We have a lot of windows to let the breeze in, which helps when it gets humid. The 580001 area is a good spot to be. We’ve got families from all around the neighborhood bringing their kids here. It’s a very local, community-focused kind of school. We don’t use any big slogans. We just show up, open the doors, and get through the lessons for the day. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do here in Dharwad.
