Gradient- An Iim Alumni Institute

Gradient- An Iim Alumni Institute is up on the 3rd floor of Hem Tower. That’s over on L.C. Road in Dhanbad, 826001. We are pretty close to SSLNT College, so there are always students walking around the neighborhood. Being on the third floor means we have a bit of a climb, but the view of the street isn't too bad. The office is at 3A. It’s a practical space. We have got our chairs and tables set up for when people come in to talk or study. Dhanbad can get pretty busy, and L.C. Road is no exception to that rule. We aren't a massive organization with hundreds of branches; we just focus on what we have right here in Hem Tower. The hallways are usually quiet until the classes start. We tend to keep things simple. No fancy decorations or anything like that. Just some posters and the things we need for work. People usually find us because they are looking for something specific in the education line. It’s a straightforward setup. We open up in the morning, check our schedules, and get to work. It’s nice being near the college because it keeps the area feeling young and active. Sometimes the elevator in the tower is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s just part of the daily routine for us here in Dhanbad. We stay busy and keep our heads down.
