Udghosh Agro Producer Company Limited is based at 21 Babai Gaura. It is a small location but it serves us well for what we need to do. We are mostly involved in the agro production side of things, which means a lot of our time is spent out in the elements. The office at Babai Gaura is where we come back to at the end of the day to get the administrative side of the business sorted out. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the samples and bags of grain lying around, but we make it work. We are a small team of local folks who know the area and the soil. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. If you want to find us, you just come to our address and usually someone is around to talk. We handle a variety of agricultural products and try to make sure everything is handled correctly from the moment it leaves the ground. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy throughout the year. The seasons dictate how much we have to do. During harvest time, the office is barely used because we are all outside, but in the winter, we spend more time here planning for the next year. We just try to keep things moving forward and handle the daily tasks without overcomplicating things. It works for us.
