Dudhatoli Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Ranagaon village. If you are looking for us, we are over at Ramesh Chandra’s place. It is a small village and everyone knows everyone. P.O. Ainthi is where the mail goes, but the work happens here in Ranagaon. It is a farm life, nothing fancy at all. We spend our mornings talking about the soil and what the harvest might look like this year. We are just a group of farmers who decided to get organized. It isn't a big corporation or anything like that. We just wanted a way to work together. Ramesh has a bit of space we use for the office work. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once. You will mostly find us in the fields though. We don't spend all day sitting inside. It’s a practical way to run things. We don't have a big marketing team or a website that looks like a movie. Just some notes on a pad and a few phone calls to make sure things are moving. The village is quiet mostly. We like it that way. Ranagaon has been home to most of us for as long as we can remember. Dudhatoli Farmers is just the name on our papers, but the heart of it is just the local folks working the land. It is hard work, but it is what we know how to do best. We hope to stay here for a long time.
