Our place is in Bangalore, over on 11th Cross in Arvind Nagar. The address is H.No. 2, Sarasvathi Nivas, right on Oil Mill Road. It’s actually a house that we use for the business. Being Zyion Ecotech India Pvt Ltd, we do a lot of work with ecological technology. It's mostly just technical projects and handling different bits of equipment. The office isn't anything fancy or corporate. We have our desks set up in the rooms and there’s always a lot of papers and drawings lying around. The traffic outside on Oil Mill Road can get pretty loud during the day, but we just get used to it. We’re a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a while now. We spend our time looking at data or talking about how to fix certain technical issues. It’s honest, hard work. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. If you come by, you'll probably find one of us fixing a tea or sitting hunched over a computer. We like being in this part of Bangalore. It feels like a real neighborhood where people actually live and work. We don't bother with big advertisements or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them done. It's a simple way to run a business, but it works for us.
