If you are looking for us we are up on the 2nd floor of Pragati Bhawan which is situated in Mohammadpur. The building is called F1/131 and it is right in the middle of a lot of local activity. Getting up to the second floor takes a bit of effort if the stairs are crowded but it is a quiet enough spot once you get inside the office. We spend most of our time on the phones or sitting at the computers trying to figure out travel routes and booking tickets for people. There are always papers spread across the desks and maps stuck on the walls to help us keep track of things. Mohammadpur is a busy area so there is usually a lot of noise coming from the street below but we have gotten used to it over the years. We deal with all sorts of travel requests whether it is a simple bus trip or something more complicated. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait a bit to confirm a booking but that is just how it goes sometimes. We don't have a big staff so you will likely talk to the same person every time you call or walk in. It is a small operation but we keep things organized enough to make sure no one gets stranded. Most of our day is spent making sure the details for our clients are right.
