Chandni Chowk is a crowded place, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is on the first floor at No. 35 Maliwara, Nai Sadak. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the steps are kind of narrow. Here at Dee World Journeys Pvt. Ltd., we handle a lot of travel stuff. Usually, we are on the phones or looking at maps on our screens. It gets really loud outside with all the rickshaws and people shouting in the market. We’ve been in this office for a good bit now. The desks are almost always covered in papers, old receipts, and ticket printouts. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the old wiring in this part of town, so we just have to wait it out and try again later. It is not a big corporate office, just a small space with a couple of plastic chairs for anyone who visits. We drink a lot of chai during the day to stay awake. People come in asking about trains or flights to places they’ve never been. We try to find what works for them without making it too complicated. It is a bit messy inside, but we know where every file is located. The windows look out onto the street, so there is always something interesting to see while we work. We start early because that is when the market wakes up. It is mostly just typing and talking. We don't have a lobby, just a small corner for waiting.
