We spend most of our time staring at computer screens or talking on the phone about train schedules and hotel bookings. Being in New Delhi means it's always loud outside, but the mall gives us a bit of a quiet corner to work in. We aren't a massive travel agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us here who know the roads and the destinations. We spend a lot of time fixing itineraries when things change last minute. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking dates over and over again. Travel can be complicated, and we’re the ones who deal with the boring bits like taxes and tickets. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait for pages to load while a client is waiting. It’s not always glamorous. We drink tea from the little stall nearby and try to keep up with the emails. Sector 19 is a busy part of town, but we’ve made our home here.
