Zoom Developers is based in B-3/376, Sector-6, Rohini, which is a pretty busy residential and commercial pocket in North Delhi. Our office is where the planning happens. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints, talking to contractors, and meeting with people who are looking for a new place to live or work. Rohini has changed a lot over the years, and being in Sector-6 means we’ve seen it grow firsthand. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters. It’s a place where we keep our files, have our meetings, and drink way too much tea while discussing cement prices or land permits. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or some paperwork at the government office, and we have to explain that to our clients. We try to be real about what’s possible. Building things takes time and there are always surprises once you start digging. We don't make big promises we can't keep. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out at different sites checking on progress. We know the streets of Delhi-85 quite well by now. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us arguing over a layout or checking the latest building codes. It’s honest, dusty work and we like seeing a project finally come together after months of planning. We’re just local people trying to build something decent in our part of the city. We hope the walls we build last a long time.
