We've been here at E-209 in Tagore Garden Extension for a while now. Most people around New Delhi know the area well, it’s a bit tucked away but easy enough to find if you’re looking. Zenith Leisure Holidays Pvt. Ltd. isn't a giant operation with hundreds of people, it's just us in the office trying to get things right for anyone who walks in. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather starts changing and everyone wants to get away. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens, checking schedules and making sure the dates line up. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes with all the small details, but that’s just how the work goes. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood over the years. New shops open up and old ones close, but we’re still here in the same spot. We don't really go in for fancy advertisements or anything like that. People usually find out about us because a neighbor mentioned the name or they live nearby in Tagore Garden and saw the sign. It’s a practical setup. We have our desks, our chairs, and plenty of tea to get through the afternoon. It’s not always perfectly quiet, you can hear the street noise outside, but it feels like home to us. We just try to be honest about what’s possible and what isn’t when someone asks for help with their plans.
