You can find us over in Yamuna Vihar at house number 378. We are up on the second floor in C-12, sharing the space with H.S. Mohd. Ali. It’s a busy part of Delhi, and our office reflects that. We spend our days looking at travel routes and helping folks figure out how to get where they need to go. Mostly, it’s about the documents and making sure all the travel papers are in order for people’s trips. We have piles of folders and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It’s not a flashy setup, just a practical place to work. Neighbors stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask a quick question about a train or a bus. We’ve been in this building for a long time, so we know the stairs and the sounds of the street outside pretty well. It gets a bit crowded when a whole family comes in to plan a trip together, but we manage to fit everyone in. There’s usually a pot of tea going somewhere. We take our time with the work because mistakes with travel dates are a headache for everyone. It’s just us doing our bit to help people move around, whether it’s for work or seeing family. Delhi is big, but in this corner of Yamuna Vihar, things feel a bit more connected. We just keep the records straight.
