Yumen Airways I.A.T.A.

Our office is located on the first floor at G-30 in Green Park Main. Yumen Airways I.A.T.A. is where we handle a lot of the travel-related stuff for the people who come to see us. Green Park is a very hectic part of New Delhi, so there is always noise from the street coming up through the windows. Being an IATA office means we have certain rules to follow, but we try to keep things friendly and relaxed inside. It is a small space with a few desks and some old travel posters pinned up here and there. We spend a lot of our time looking at flight schedules and trying to figure out the best routes on our computers. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, which can be frustrating, but we manage. We’ve been at this Green Park address for a long time and have seen many regular customers return year after year. It is a very central location, so it’s easy for people to drop by after they finish their shopping or other errands. We aren't a big travel agency with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us who know the business well. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp and we just take each booking as it comes. It is a good way to see a bit of the world through the stories our customers tell us when they come in.
