Yum Restaurent International

Over at H-132 in Ayanagar, that’s where you’ll find our Yum Restaurant International branch. It’s tucked into H-Block, Phase-6. New Delhi is always a mess with traffic, and this area is no different. We’re basically a kitchen that stays busy most of the day and night. You’ll see the delivery bikes coming and going all the time because that’s just how it is here. The staff is always moving, chopping things, packing orders, and shouting over the noise of the fans. It’s a bit cramped in the back sometimes, but we make it work. We’ve got the regular menu items that everyone knows. It’s not a fancy dining room with white tablecloths. It’s more of a practical spot for getting food out to the neighborhood. The New Delhi heat makes the kitchen pretty intense in the summer months, but we’re used to it by now. We deal with the suppliers every morning, checking the crates and making sure we have enough for the rush. The floor stays a bit sticky no matter how much we scrub it, which is just part of the restaurant life. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy ads. We just cook and hope the orders keep coming in.
