Yum Restaurent International (Kfc)

Our KFC branch is right here on G.T. Road in Modinagar, near the Oil Mill Gate. If you know this area, you know how loud and busy it gets with all the trucks and cars passing through Ghaziabad. We are at C-83, and honestly, it is a constant hum of activity from the moment we unlock the doors. The kitchen gets really hot, especially when we are frying up batches of chicken all through the lunch rush. We have a mix of staff here, some who have been with us for years and others just starting out. We spend a lot of time cleaning tables because the dust from the main road just finds its way in no matter what we do. It is a practical kind of job. We make sure the chicken is ready and the fries aren’t sitting too long. Most of our customers are just people traveling on the highway who need a quick break or local students looking for a place to sit for a bit. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It is just a fast-food spot where we try to keep the orders moving so nobody is waiting too long in line. Sometimes the delivery bikes are parked all over the front and it gets a bit messy, but that is just how it is on a Friday night. We just keep our heads down and do the work here in Modinagar.
