Our office is tucked away at 3329-Hari Mandir Wali Gali in New Delhi. If you have ever walked through the narrow lanes of old Delhi, you know exactly what the vibe is like. It is a place full of history, smells of street food, and constant movement. Our building is on a street named after the Hari Mandir, and it is a very tight-knit community here. We handle the international side of the restaurant business from this location, which might seem strange given how traditional the lane is, but it works for us. The walls are thick, which helps keep the noise of the gali out when we are trying to focus. We have a lot of files and old records stacked up because we have been in this business for a long time. People are always walking past the door, and we often hear the bells from the temple nearby. It is a very grounded place to work. We don't have a big glass facade or a fancy lobby; you just walk in from the street. The stairs are a bit narrow, and we have to be careful when moving furniture in or out. It is a real Delhi experience being based here. We focus on our daily tasks, managing the restaurant operations and making sure everything is in order. It is just a normal day for us in the heart of the city.
