Yum Restaurant International

We are tucked away in K.S. Apartment over in Mahipalpur, specifically Flat No-6 in Block-A. It’s on Disu Gali, which can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't from around this part of New Delhi. Yum Restaurant International sounds like a big name, but we run things from this modest office space. Dealing with the food business means there is always something going on with orders or logistics. Being near the airport area in New Delhi-37 helps because things move fast around here. The flat isn't a restaurant itself, it’s more where the paperwork and the planning happen behind the scenes. We spend a lot of time on calls or dealing with suppliers who come and go through the narrow lanes. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet slows down, but that’s just life in Mahipalpur. We've been in this spot for a bit now, getting used to the noise and the pace of the neighborhood. It isn't a flashy corporate glass building, just a regular place where work gets done every day. People stop by sometimes to discuss business, and we just pull up a chair and get to it. It’s a busy life managing everything from a small apartment, but we make it work and keep the wheels turning as best as we can. Every day brings a different challenge with some new order or delivery to sort out.
