Yum! Restaurant International

You can find us over in Sangam Vihar at B-863B. We are located quite close to the New Jai Bharti School, which is a big landmark in this part of New Delhi. Yum! Restaurant International is the name on our papers, but the office itself is just a regular place where we manage the behind-the-scenes stuff for the food business. Sangam Vihar is a very packed neighborhood, so it is always energetic outside with people and cars. Our office is not big. It is mostly just a spot to handle the logistics and the boring side of running restaurants. We do not have a kitchen here, so do not expect to find any food. It is just computers and a lot of logbooks. The building is a bit older, but it serves its purpose for us. We spend our days tracking supplies and making sure the numbers add up. It gets pretty noisy with the school nearby, especially when the kids are coming or going in the afternoon. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is just us in our regular clothes trying to stay on top of the workload. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit for the generator, but that is just how it is here. We have been at this location for a good while. It is a very grounded, local kind of operation. We just do what is needed.
