Yum Restaurant International

We are based out of 48, Type-Ii, in the Minto Road Complex in New Delhi. This isn't one of the restaurants you might see on the street; it's more of an office setup in a government housing area. The buildings around here all look pretty much the same, with that old-style architecture and yellow paint. It’s a quiet place compared to Connaught Place which isn't too far away. We handle the international side of things, mostly dealing with reports and logistical planning. The rooms are a bit small and we have desks crammed in wherever they fit. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do. We have a small kettle for tea and usually, someone brings in biscuits to share. The walk from the metro station is a bit long, especially when it’s humid outside. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s just a functional workspace. We spend our days mostly on the computer or in meetings. The ceiling fans have a slight wobble that makes a clicking sound, but you stop noticing it after the first hour. It feels like a very traditional Delhi office. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and some notices pinned up. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on getting our tasks finished so we can go home to our families and start again tomorrow.
