Our spot is at A-282 in the Minto Road Complex. Minto Road is one of those parts of Delhi that has that old government feel to it, with the red brick buildings and the big trees lining the streets. We handle the admin side of YSF Hotels & Resorts from here. It is not a hotel itself, so don't expect a lobby with a fountain. It’s just an office where we keep track of bookings and deal with the paperwork that keeps everything else running. The building is a bit older, so the fans are always spinning fast in the summer to keep the heat away. We have stacks of files and a few computers that have seen better days. It is a lot of coordination, calling up the different properties and making sure the guests are taken care of. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background while we work. Outside, the traffic on Minto Road is always moving toward Connaught Place, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of typing and people talking. We aren't a big flashy company with a huge marketing team. We are just a group of people who know the hospitality business and work hard to keep things organized. We take our tea breaks together and complain about the weather like everyone else. It’s just a regular workday in a busy part of the city, keeping the wheels turning for the resorts.
