Our office is at 705, L-9, in Ward No.6 in Mehrauli. If you know Mehrauli, you know it’s one of those places with a lot of history and very narrow streets. It can be a real challenge to get a car through here sometimes, but we’ve lived and worked in this area long enough to know the shortcuts. The building is number 705 and it’s a modest place. We don’t have a big lobby or a receptionist at a marble desk. It’s just a room where we sit and manage travel plans for people. We have a few maps pinned to the walls and a lot of notebooks scattered around. It’s a bit of a squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sending emails. We try to be honest with people about what we can do and what we can't. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. We’re just a small team trying to help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. We take our lunches together usually and talk about the neighborhood. It’s a very grounded way to work and we don’t feel the need to pretend we are some giant corporation. We have been here for a long time and we like the people around here. It's just a regular local business doing its thing every day.
