About Yoga Instructor In A Health Care Centre – Tourism in Delhi
I’ve been teaching yoga here in Hanuman Nagar for a while now. Most mornings I just walk over to the health care centre in Bah and get things ready. It’s not a big fancy studio with mirrors or anything like that. We just have a quiet room where people from the neighborhood come to stretch and breathe a bit. Sometimes the fans make a clicking sound that drives me crazy, but nobody seems to mind. Life in Bah is pretty slow, and that suits the yoga sessions just fine. I see a lot of people with stiff backs from working all day or just getting older. We don't do anything too crazy or difficult. It’s mostly about feeling a bit better when you leave than when you walked in. I usually get there early to sweep the floor and maybe open the windows if it’s not too dusty outside. The center itself is a busy place with doctors and nurses running around, but our corner stays mostly calm. It’s a job that feels right. I’ve lived around here long enough to know most of the faces that walk through the door. We talk about the weather or the local news for a few minutes before we actually start. It’s just regular life, really. Nothing like those videos you see online with people in expensive clothes doing handstands. We just sit on the floor and try to find some peace in the middle of a Tuesday.
