Yo.China

We are located over in Najafgarh at Rz-Q33 in New Roshan Pura. This is where Yo.China is. It is a busy spot and we spend most of our time in the kitchen. We make the kind of food that people in this neighborhood like to eat. The kitchen gets really hot in the summer months but we just deal with it. It is not a big or fancy restaurant. It is just a place where you can get some noodles or Manchurian when you are hungry. People around here know who we are. We see the same faces coming in every week for their usual orders. Najafgarh is a bit far out from the main city but it feels like home to us. We start our mornings early by chopping up all the vegetables. Chopping takes forever but it has to be done. Then the lunch rush starts and things get a little chaotic for a few hours. We try to get the food out fast but sometimes there is a wait. The delivery bikes are always coming and going from the front. The road outside can be a mess with all the cars and the dust. We keep the place as clean as we can manage. We do not have a big team or anyone doing marketing. It is just us cooking and serving. People seem to like the food well enough. It has been this way for a long time.
