Yo China

You can find us at House Number 35 in Pocket 9, over in the C 4H block of Janak Puri. It’s a familiar neighborhood for us. Yo China has been a part of this community for a bit, and we see the same faces coming by quite often. The kitchen is always the loudest part of our day. We spend a lot of time prepping vegetables and making sure the sauces are right. It gets really warm in there during the lunch rush, but that's just how it goes. We don't really do anything fancy with the decor; it’s just a place to get some food and relax for a bit. Janak Puri is a lively area, and we fit right into the local rhythm. Sometimes the deliveries get backed up when the weather is bad, but we do our best to stay on top of it. Our staff mostly lives nearby, so we know the shortcuts around the blocks. It’s not a big corporate chain vibe here. It’s just us making sure the orders are ready and the tables are clean. We’ve had some long days, especially during the weekends when everyone is out and about. We just like being the spot where people grab a quick meal. There’s always something to do, whether it’s checking the inventory or fixing a leaky tap in the back. We just keep at it day after day without too much fuss. Every morning we start over and get the kitchen ready for the first customer who walks in.
