There are people everywhere and the noise from the market never really stops. Our place is right in the middle of that energy. The kitchen is always busy. You can smell the garlic and ginger from the street if you are walking by. It is not a quiet office; it is a loud, hot, and fast-moving environment. We have tables and chairs that have seen a lot of customers over the months. They aren't brand new, but they are sturdy enough. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive lighting. We spend it on the ingredients. The staff is usually running around trying to keep up with orders from the counter and the delivery guys. We write things down on little pads of paper. Sometimes we run out of napkins and someone has to dash to the store around the corner. It is a bit chaotic, but that is the restaurant business for you. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a menu and some basic rules for the staff. If you come by, you’ll see us working hard.
