Yo-China Restaurant Chain.

Our kitchen is tucked away on the first floor over in Laxminagar, right there in Gali No-O-6. It’s a busy little street in West Guru Angad Nagar. We spend most of our time getting orders ready for the lunch rush and the dinner crowd. It’s a restaurant, so things get a bit noisy with the pans clanking and the stove going all day. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow and steep, but once you're inside, it's just a normal place where we cook. We do a lot of takeout and delivery because people around here seem to like that more than sitting down. The cooks have been with us for a good bit now, and they know the menu by heart. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting in a line near the door when it’s raining or during the busy weekends. We try to keep the place clean and tidy, but it's a working kitchen so there's always something bubbling on the stove or a bag of rice being moved. It’s just how we make a living. We aren’t trying to be some five-star place, just a spot where you can get a meal that tastes right. The street outside can be a bit of a mess with traffic and bikes, but it’s home to us. We’ve been at this location for a while and the neighbors know us by the smell of the food drifting down to the street.
