Yo! China Rest. Laxshmi Nagar New Delhi

Yo! China Rest. has its place over in Malviya Nagar, specifically at H. No. 59 in the Bhavishya Nidhi Enclave. It is a lively spot in New Delhi 110070. Even though the name says Laxshmi Nagar, this is where we are actually located. The kitchen is usually the busiest part of the building, with the smell of garlic and soy sauce always hanging in the air. We have some tables for people who want to sit down, but a lot of our business comes from the delivery bags lined up on the counter. The enclave itself is a bit quieter than the main market, which is nice for the people living nearby. We have a small team of cooks and servers who have been with us for a bit. We spend our shift chopping vegetables, boiling noodles, and making sure the takeaway containers are packed right so they do not leak. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing during the dinner hours, and we just have to keep moving as fast as we can. When it is raining, the floors get a bit muddy from all the boots coming in, so someone is always hovering with a mop. It is a busy little restaurant life where we focus on the food and the local residents who order from us. It is just a regular day in Malviya Nagar for us. We keep the lights on and the woks hot until we close up for the night.
