Yo China Chinese Restaurant At New Delhi India

We are over here at A-30 Kha Building in Vasant Goan. Most people know this part of Vasant Vihar as being pretty busy most days. We have been running Yo China for a while now. The kitchen gets really hot in the afternoons, especially when the orders for noodles and manchurian start coming in all at once. It is just a normal spot, nothing fancy, just chairs and tables and the smell of soy sauce everywhere. Our staff is mostly local guys who live nearby and walk to work. Sometimes the delivery bikes out front get a bit messy because the lane is narrow, but we manage. You can usually hear the pans clanking from the street. It is not like those big quiet places in the mall. We have the usual stuff on the menu that people in Delhi like to eat when they want Chinese food. Most of our regulars come from the houses around here or the offices that stay open late. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors because the dust from the road comes in whenever someone opens the door. It is just how it is in this part of town. We keep the lights on until late at night. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we have to use the backup, which is loud but it keeps the fridge running. It is just a regular restaurant doing its thing every day.
