We have been operating here in Paharganj for quite some time now. Our little spot is located at 7594/6 Gali No. 1, right in the middle of the Ramnagar area. It is a very busy part of New Delhi, with narrow lanes and people constantly moving about. Our building is nothing fancy, just a plain structure that fits right into the neighborhood. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It is just a few of us who show up every morning and get things started. The street outside can get pretty loud with the rickshaws and the vendors, but we have gotten used to the noise over the years. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, so we just sit and wait or talk to the neighbors until it comes back on. We handle all our daily tasks from this one room mostly. It gets a bit cluttered with papers and boxes, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. There is a small board outside so people can find us if they are looking closely. We focus on the work that needs to be done each day. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We have seen many shops come and go in Ramnagar, but we just keep doing our thing at our own pace. It is a practical way to live and work. There is always tea being made in the back.
